Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses in the continental United States. Checkout will not accept addresses outside it. If you are elsewhere and would like a set of Grip Theory wheels, email alex@griptheory.com and we will let you know when that changes.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the continental United States.

When your order ships

Quick Ship sets leave our Long Beach, California facility within 48 hours of your order. Built-to-order sets are forged, machined and finished to your specification and typically ship 6 to 8 weeks after the order is placed. Bespoke builds and magnesium upgrades can add 1 to 2 weeks. We email tracking information when your set ships.

When it arrives

Inspect every box on delivery. If there is visible damage, photograph it before opening and report it to us immediately at alex@griptheory.com so we can file a claim and get a replacement moving.

Address changes

Contact us before your set ships if you need to change the delivery address. We cannot redirect a shipment once it is with the carrier.
