FORD FIESTA ST FITMENT
The Ford Fiesta ST (Mk7, 2014–2019) is the ultimate lightweight autocross weapon — a 2,720 lb turbocharged pocket rocket that punches well above its weight in competitive motorsport. It uses a 4x108 bolt pattern with a 63.4mm center bore — one of the rarest bolt patterns in the enthusiast world. The compact chassis and feathery curb weight make the Fiesta ST extraordinarily sensitive to unsprung weight reduction. Every gram saved at the wheels is amplified on a car this small and responsive.

Rare Bolt Pattern: 4x108 is extremely uncommon in the aftermarket. Most off-the-shelf wheels aren't available — Grip Theory machines every wheel to order, making the Fiesta ST a perfect candidate for custom forged wheels.

Why this setup: The Fiesta ST's narrow fenders limit tire width — 225mm is the absolute maximum without pulling fenders. ET42 provides flush fitment. A forged 17x8 under 14 lbs transforms the car's acceleration and braking — lighter than the factory 15" steel spare. The factory brakes clear 17" easily. This is the setup that has won SCCA GS national championships.
16" Square — Daily Comfort
For daily-driven Fiestas, 16 inches provides the tallest sidewall and best pothole protection — essential given the Fiesta's firm sport suspension.

Why this setup: A forged 16x7 can weigh under 12 lbs — lighter than the factory steel spare. The additional sidewall compliance dramatically improves ride quality on the Fiesta's firm suspension. The 205mm tire still provides more grip than the Fiesta's 197 hp can overwhelm.
