LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR FITMENT

The Aventador is Lamborghini's naturally aspirated V12 flagship — the last of the true screaming, 8,500 RPM V12 supercars. The LP700-4 produces 690 hp, the S pushes 730 hp, and the SVJ tops out at 770 hp. Standard LP700-4 and S models use a 5x112 bolt pattern with a 57.1mm center bore for the 5-lug configuration. SV, SVJ, and Ultimae models use a center-lock hub system — standard 5-lug wheels will NOT fit these models. The Aventador's enormous wheel arches demand the biggest possible stagger to do the V12 flagship justice.

Quick Reference — Standard LP700 / S
Bolt Pattern: 5x112  |  Center Bore: 57.1mm  |  Hub Type: Ball Seat  |  Lug Torque: 140 Nm (103 ft-lb)
Critical Warning — SV / SVJ / Ultimae: These models use CENTER-LOCK hubs — NOT 5x112 lugs. Do NOT order 5-lug wheels for these models. Contact us for center-lock wheel options.

20"/21" Staggered — Street Standard

The factory combination pairs a 20-inch front with a massive 21-inch rear. The V12's linear power delivery and the AWD system's rear-biased torque split demand the widest possible rear contact patch.

01

20/21" Hypercar Stagger

The definitive Aventador sizing — massive rear width for the screaming V12.

  • Recommended Front: 20x9 ET30
  • Recommended Rear: 21x13 ET30
  • Street Tires: 255/30R20 Front, 355/25R21 Rear
  • Performance Tires: 265/30R20 Front, 355/25R21 Rear

Why this setup: The 13-inch-wide rear barrel is essential to fill the Aventador's extremely wide rear fenders — narrower rears look visually disproportionate on a car this dramatic. The 355mm rear tire manages the V12's 509 lb-ft of torque delivered through the AWD system's rear-biased Haldex coupling. Unlike turbocharged engines, the V12's power builds linearly to 8,500 RPM, putting sustained load on the rear tires throughout the rev range. Forged construction is mandatory — cast wheels are not suitable for loads at the speeds this car achieves. A forged set saves 8–12 lbs per corner versus factory cast options.

20" Staggered — Track Configuration

For the rare Aventador owner who tracks their car, a uniform 20-inch setup reduces the complexity of tire sourcing and provides more sidewall protection on aggressive surfaces.

02

20" Simplified Track Stagger

Easier tire sourcing with better sidewall protection for track events.

  • Recommended Front: 20x9 ET32
  • Recommended Rear: 20x12.5 ET32
  • Track Tires: 255/30R20 Front, 335/30R20 Rear
  • R-Compound: 265/30R20 Front, 345/30R20 Rear

Why this setup: A uniform 20" diameter simplifies tire logistics — exotic 21" rear tires in 355-width are expensive and sometimes difficult to source in track compounds. The taller 30-series rear sidewall (vs. 25-series at 21") provides significantly more curb compliance and wheel protection. The 335/345mm rear tire still provides enormous traction for the V12's output.

Aventador Tire Selection Guide

  • Street Performance: Pirelli P-Zero Corsa PZC4 — the Lamborghini OEM tire. Designed specifically for the V12's power delivery and the AWD system's torque distribution.
  • Grand Touring: Pirelli P-Zero PZ4 — quieter and more comfortable for long drives. Better wet grip than the Corsa variant.
  • Track Day: Pirelli P-Zero Trofeo RS — maximum dry grip. The stiff sidewall handles the Aventador's 4,100+ lb curb weight without deflection.
  • Show/Cruise: Continental SportContact 7 — excellent all-around performance with a premium sidewall appearance.
